picked up outside the elementary or middle school offices
Forms may be returned to the elementary or middle school offices or mailed to PG PeeWee Booster PO 349 Box Prairie Grove AR 72753
** A registration table will be set up during the PG Tigers Youth Football Camp June 13th- 16th @ Tiger Stadium
Cost is $60.00 for football and $50 for Cheer payable to PG Peewee Boosters
